Kiln Utility & Fire District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. A $2.50 processing fee applies for all card payments.

Note: Third party bill payment websites may resemble us; however, these are not affiliated with Kiln Utility & Fire District and they will simply mail a check on your behalf. Immediate online payments to us can only be made on this website.

To help avoid late fees, please mail your payment well before the due date specified on your bill. Mail delays are beyond our control; therefore, for faster processing paying online or our drop box is strongly suggested.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill is to set up bank draft with us. With this FREE service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account (no credit cards with this service) and credited to your utility account on the 5th of every month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be deducted on the next business day. There is no charge associated with this method of payment... Never pay a late fee again!

**NOTE: If you are on Automatic Bank Draft for your monthly bill payment, you will automatically receive a bill

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your banks website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take longer to post to the customer's utility account. Please consult with your bank for more information. Note that when paying through a third party "online" bill pay service, they will MAIL a check on your behalf. This payment is not paid online directly to us so please allow plenty of extra mail time for your check to arrive prior to the due date.
